Pamela Anderson Takes PPE to the Airport, and Makes It Fashion

Much like Naomi Campbell before her, Pamela Anderson donned all of her finest PPE to turn LAX into her own personal runway on Thursday.

The Baywatch star struck a series of dramatic poses for her social media followers in a dark wood-paneled room while wearing a short sleeve Dickie’s jumpsuit and tropical-print face mask under a plastic face shield with her signature platinum blonde waves spilling out on top. She added some high-priced finishing touches to her practical travel ensemble, accessorizing with a $2,695 Valentino Rockstud shoulder bag and $574 Off-White Resort 2019 zip-tie mules with a 4.5″ heel.

Anderson captioned the images with a series of elliptical haiku-like musings, writing, “Airplane look today.
Stay safe.

I like to go where it’s hot …”

Up to now, the Playboy model has been spending her quarantine where it’s definitely not hot, tucked away on her six-acre island compound in Vancouver. To pass the time, she’s been posting inspirational quotes on her Twitter account from great minds like Maya Angelou, Albert Camus, and herself. In an interview with the Wall Street Journal on Monday, Anderson revealed that this glamazon pandemic look she wore to the airport is a far cry from her usual apparel while at home in British Columbia.

When asked about her beauty regimen, she confessed, “I have on this long, vintage slip that’s tattered and a big flannel shirt over it, and I’m running around barefoot in the rain. If you saw me right now, you’d think, She has no beauty regimen. This is not beauty, this is madness.”

But madness that can clearly pull it together in a pinch.
