Retail Insider has famous Italian luxurious brand Gucci is packing up its 710 Thurlow Street locale in downtown Vancouver. The site in Vancouver’s prestigious “Alberni Luxurious Zone” was documented in September 2021 as being a temporary location while renovations were underway at its new room at Lodge Vancouver.
The over-all growth project has spanned around a single calendar year as development signage was 1st mentioned in July 2021 at the short-term pop-up Gucci location which crammed a retail place vacated by German women’s luxury trend brand Escada.
In just the July 2021 report, Retail Insider also elaborated on the luxury brand expanding by annexing an adjacent area occupied by an Omega luxury look at boutique. The check out manufacturer temporarily relocated to the basement in the resort until reopening in December 2021 in its new space throughout the hallway from the new Gucci retail house on the principal ground.
The previous 3,900 sq. foot Gucci retailer, which opened in the Lodge Vancouver in 2006, annexed the 2,300 square foot Omega retailer next to it to produce a flagship-sized 6,200 square foot location to house Gucci’s entire collection of completely ready-to-have on for ladies and males as very well as baggage, extras, footwear, jewellery and other categories.
