The May 14 U.S. release by Barcelona-based electronic group Delorean titled “Transatlantic KK” from indie label Simple Social Graces is their fourth, but most mature release to date – a solid mixture of 80’s-style beats, house, and trance with guitar mixed in reminiscent of New Order, Daft Punk or maybe !!!. Originally released in the Spring of 2006 on Barcelona-based Bcore Discs, this new version has been remastered with an exclusive track “Apocalypse Ghetto Blast” recorded especially for Simple Social Graces.

Delorean made their U.S. debut early this year with the 12-inch release of the catchy “As Time Breaks Off.” The band has been slowly building fans through three albums released in Spain, Germany and Japan and grueling touring jaunts through Europe, Japan and Mexico.

The U.S. underground club scene caught on about a year ago with steady rotation of their 2005 track “NYC Gaps” and the band hasn’t looked back.
